I teach mat classes in a variety of locations and I love this poster! It transforms the odd room at the community center or wherever into an offical Michael Miller Pilates studio, so it's good for the morale of both teacher and class. The image on the poster makes the idea so much easier to understand, and the class likes being able to read the list of mat exercises to know what is coming. I recommend it.
