Yoga Static Pilates Dynamic

I attended a mat class where a lovely woman was obviously a yoga teacher trying to teach pilates.
If she were teaching pilates it would not have been obvious that she had a yoga background.

I substituted for a sick yoga teacher recently. On a Sunday morning people came expecting yoga and saw me. I didn't even try to teach yoga. I taught Pilates. By the time we got to Seal and standing up they were laughing and rolling and everyone was having fun. We all felt pretty good after that.
