Intentare explicarte el significado:
La 'S' de pilates  con los dos puntos forman dos figuras en movimiento y en oposicion cabeza arriba - abajo).   
La 'S' simboliza la curvatura exagerada de la columna vertebral (patologia cifosis e lordosis). Para evitar la deformacion y lograr el alineamiento, se necesitan dos puntos de tension y en oposicion que deben aun rotar (como lo representa tu logo).
Los colores blanco y negro simbolizan el equilibrio  (entre corpo- mente y espiritu) y el rojo la energia que nace de la powerhouse.

This has to be one of the major faults of pilates mat presentation today. Aerobics instructors doing reps as endurance tests, building poison because they don't know any better.

Transition: Seal through Crab to Rocking

I'm not sure where this came from.

I remember doing it back in the early eighties
at the City Rec center's Full Mat
class. We worked hard in those days
to refine the flow of the mat work.
